Subscribe once and every Pack 578 event — den meetings, pack meetings, campouts, the Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold — shows up in the calendar you already use, and stays up to date on its own. Pack-wide events appear on every den calendar, so you only need this one.

On Android, this is hit or miss. The Google Calendar app often refuses to add a subscription and just opens a browser. If that happens, add it by hand instead — open calendar.google.com in a web browser, find Other calendars in the left column, click + → From URL, and paste the address from the Any other calendar app box further down this page. It will then sync down to your phone automatically.
Google refreshes slowly. Subscribed calendars update on Google’s own schedule, usually every 24 to 48 hours. If a leader adds or moves an event, give it a day or two to reach your phone. Apple Calendar and Outlook check more often.
Desktop Outlook on Windows opens straight from the first button. For Outlook on the web or a work Microsoft 365 account, use the second.
Copy this address, then look for “Subscribe to calendar,” “Add by URL,” or “From internet” in your app and paste it in.
